Where chemical exposure or wash-down is involved, we step up to a full high-build epoxy instead.

Polished-look grind and seal reads as intentional modern concrete in a lobby, and a fine-broadcast flake works well in break rooms, corridors and back-of-house where cleanability matters more.
Tenant-improvement timelines are unforgiving, so we schedule around trades rather than expecting the building to wait. Coating goes in after drywall and paint, before final fixtures, and we work nights when a floor above or below is occupied.

Aviation floors are their own category. Jet fuel, hydraulic fluid and de-icing chemicals are aggressive, wheel loads are extreme, and a hangar deck is often a very large, very old slab with a moisture history nobody documented. We test, we specify a chemical-resistant high-build system, and we plan the sequence so the floor comes back in usable sections.
The same moisture rules apply here as anywhere in North Texas, only the consequences are bigger. On a slab-on-grade hangar deck with no under-slab vapor retarder, an MVB is not optional.

Irving homes are the smaller half of our work here, but they are steady. Valley Ranch and Hackberry Creek garages are typically 1980s–2000s slabs in good condition, and they take a flake or metallic system with minimal repair work.
