1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting a form, or engaging Red Diamond Epoxy for a project, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract, and that you accept these Terms along with our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Description

Red Diamond Epoxy provides residential and commercial epoxy and concrete coating services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, including metallic epoxy, flake systems, driveway flake, commercial coatings, moisture vapor barrier (MVB) installation, and grind & seal finishes. All work is performed by our crews or vetted installers using the products and processes described in your project scope.

3. Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates provided by phone, email, text, or on-site walk-through are non-binding and are for budgeting purposes only.
• Pricing is not final until both parties execute a written, signed contract that describes the scope of work, products, square footage, and price.
• Estimates are typically valid for 30 days and may be adjusted based on slab condition, moisture readings, prep requirements, or changes to the scope of work discovered on-site.
• Change orders that alter the scope, materials, or square footage will be priced separately and added to the contract in writing.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit is typically required to schedule the project and reserve materials. The specific deposit amount is set in the signed contract.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work, unless a different schedule is agreed to in writing.
• We accept the payment methods listed in your contract. Past-due balances may accrue interest and collection costs as permitted by Texas law.
• Returned checks or failed payments may be subject to reasonable fees.

5. Warranty

Red Diamond Epoxy offers a lifetime workmanship warranty on qualifying installations, as described in your signed contract. The warranty covers installation defects under normal residential or commercial use. It does not cover damage from impact, abuse, chemical spills outside product ratings, hot-tire pickup on unrated systems, structural slab movement, hydrostatic pressure where an MVB was declined by the customer, or work altered by third parties. Warranty details, exclusions, and transfer terms are set in the contract.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide clear access to the work area on scheduled install days.
• Remove or arrange removal of vehicles, furniture, and stored items before crews arrive.
• Ensure functional power and water are available at the site.
• Keep people and pets out of the work area during installation and cure times.
• Disclose known slab issues, prior coatings, leaks, or moisture concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Diamond Epoxy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or Services, including lost profits, lost business, or loss of use of the coated area. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that project. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Website Use

Website content — including photos of completed projects, copy, and logos — is owned by Red Diamond Epoxy or used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or use it for competing commercial purposes without written consent. You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., scraping, attempting to breach security, or submitting fraudulent forms).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or a project performed by Red Diamond Epoxy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County or Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
